2002 Playoffs | |

As the top team in the tier, we faced off against 8th place in the quarter finals. Both teams played well, but our strong defense and a few great hits moved us ahead, 9 to 2. The next morning we faced a tougher opponent in the semi-finals. We made a few simple mistakes (the temperature was on it's way to a high of over 30) and seemed to have a hard time with the opposing pitcher. We ended the season losing a hard game 17 to 6. We retired to a brunch at Casey's to contemplate our loss. We had a great season and were well ahead of the other teams in most measurable ways. Next year, we will move to Tier-E again. | |

 Ivana. This is my favourite softball picture i've ever taken. The black and white makes her jump out of the background and there is a quiet look of determination. I wish all my pictures could turn out this good! |
